Assistance in troubleshooting plant

Real-time support to all customer complaints, product support plans, photographs and physical samples, if necessary sample is sent to the client.

Control weekly/montly
Plan

Control over scrap material stablishing responsability for it, if necessary provide RMA with prior approval of the interested. Reviewing in detail the aspects of the rejected material protecting the interests of the client asserting the autenticity of nonconforming material.

Sort and / or
Rewok

Required by the customer will be obtained according to the real need and with the consent of the affected plant to ensure that prices of these are covered separately from the costs of representation and at the same time ensuring a decrease in the actual cost of the prices of your company.

Monitoring
Quality
